Information is stored securely on a remote server and is password protected and will be kept by the Foundation for the duration of it's existence. You have the right to withdraw consent for the Edward Foundation to hold your data but in doing so you will not fulfill your responsibility as an Adoptee of a Rescue Bulldog as explained in the Terms of Adoption and Rehoming of our Adoption Contract which can be supplied on request

EACH DOG HAS THEIR OWN FOLDER & WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER APPLICATIONS IN THOSE FOLDERS SO A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR EACH DOG PLEASE. WE DO NOT ADOPT TO ANY HOME WITH AN UNSPAYED BITCH. ALL RESIDENT BITCHES MUST BE SPAYED - MANY THANKS

HOLIDAY WITHIN A MONTH OF APPLYING, IF YOU ARE MOVING HOME IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE OR IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE A DOG WITHIN A WEEK OF BEING THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT THEN PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO ADOPT UNTIL YOU ARE IN A FINANCIAL, SETTLED, STABLE POSITION TO DO SO. WE WANT OUR DOGS TO BE ABLE TO SETTLE INTO THEIR NEW FOREVER HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & TO BE ABLE TO GET INTO A GOOD ROUTINE BEFORE THEY HAVE ANY MORE CHANGE IN THEIR LIVES. thank you for understanding
