In order to comply with GDPR you understand that by completing thIs Application Form that you give your consent for The Edward Foundation to store and use personal data given by you (name, address, employment, contact numbers) for the purpose of the Charities role and responsibility in rehoming its rescue bulldogs. Information is stored securely on a remote server and is password protected and will be kept by the Foundation for the duration of it's existence. You have the right to withdraw consent for the Edward Foundation to hold your data but in doing so you will not fulfill your responsibility as an Adoptee of a Rescue Bulldog as explained in the Terms of Adoption and Rehoming of our Adoption Contract which can be supplied on request

DO NOT APPLY TO ADOPT UNTIL YOU ARE IN A FINANCIAL, SETTLED, STABLE POSITION TO DO SO. WE WANT OUR DOGS TO BE ABLE TO SETTLE INTO THEIR NEW FOREVER HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & TO BE ABLE TO GET INTO A GOOD ROUTINE BEFORE THEY HAVE ANY MORE CHANGE IN THEIR LIVES. thank you for understanding
